THE ANNUAL FESTIVAL
The Annual Furness Tradition Festival takes place over three days 13th/14th/15th July 2012

Friday night consists of an informal gathering which takes place at the Red Rose Club (formerly the Drill Hall) in Ulverston town centre.
Saturday is the main festival day: we take to the streets in Ulverston town centre with music, traditional crafts, Morris dancing, story telling, and traditional sports. Various performances and trade stalls also centred on the town’s Coronation Hall. A number of local pubs encourage informal sessions during the day.
In the evening the Coronation Hall is the venue for the main celebratory festival concert and dance.
Sunday is survivors day with workshops, a concert, and the all-important survivors session to mark the end of festivities and say goodbye to friends new and old.
